This is because we focus on purchasing and logistics, usually dividing missions by purchase category or other specialty to easily and clearly match customer’s requirements with your skills.
We often receive a direct request from a client where they are looking for someone with a particular specialization or someone with several years’ experience in a specific category. There are often short- or long-term assignments to fill a vacant position, i.e. provide support after reorganization, help out during a recruitment period or serve in a project where your specific skills are needed.
Our customers are primarily large companies but also public authorities and organizations. Often these are medium to long-term assignments (3 months to 2 years) where your expertise will contribute to a major project or fill a temporary vacancy. We take care of all the administration so that you can concentrate on what you are best at. In addition, we offer many other added value to our consultants, such as: networking meetings, coaching and not least, advanced training.
You will meet a consulting manager, discuss your area of specialization, which areas and assignments you would find interesting, as well as preferred working conditions. We will then match the right people with your assignment. Note that it may take some time from first contact and notification until you have a suitable assignment: it may take 3-6 months before we find a suitable assignment. Here we differentiate ourselves from the major IT players where the market and the number of missions are still relatively limited.
