Welcome to Scandinavian Purchasing Group’s training program in negotiation. We have developed a training program for those who want to develop in your business team. Creating winners on both sides of the table is the starting point in our negotiation training. Becoming a good negotiator is about training and training you do not do in the match you do before. During our training sessions, we look at how to develop business and individuals in a way that creates the conditions for future profitability for all parties. We mix economic psychology, behavioral science, conflict management, sales and purchasing theory, cultural aspects and of course a lot of negotiation research mixed with the experiences of the participants and the teachers.
